If you need to return a product for a refund or exchange, please reach out to our customer service department at support@garden-gadgets.store. One of our experts will respond within 24 to 48 hours to assist you.

Please ensure the following conditions are met:

If your package didn't arrive on time, arrived damaged, incomplete, or in poor condition, shipping costs are covered by us. Please contact us for assistance. Do not send any items back until you've completed a Return Request and received a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA Number will not be processed. Returned items must be in resale condition and in their original packaging. We cannot issue a refund if the correct product was shipped in good condition, as described on the product page. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on where to send your order and what to expect next. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return and issue a refund or exchange upon receipt. We may contact you to discuss options or confirm the product for exchange. All return and refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. If an item is damaged, defective, or the wrong size, we may ask for photos and a tracking number for returns. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs:

  • For non-defective items and items received 100% as expected, a 10% restocking fee applies. All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
